Advanced Technical Support

The license includes our advanced technical support package. Support is available from our E-Passes staff, by telephone or e-mail, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All e-mail queries receive a repsonse within 12 hours.

For out-of-office hours technical support (6pm - 9 am), calls to a UK mobile phone will be necessary - though our staff will return your calls to minimise phone bills!
