E-Passes Local Network

This option allows you to run the E-Passes system on a localised network/personal computer. There is no limit to the number of systems on which E-Passes may be run. However, only one system acts as the database server, where all the information is stored.

E-Passes will provide you with one database/server system with the package pre-installed, for the duration of the event (including the pre-event period).

The system may then be run locally at your event, as part of your management systems or box office systems.

This is useful for events that process their own ticket purchase or crew information in one place and then wish to access that information on-site.

Other locally networked systems may also then access that data for processing, auditing or verification purposes.

E-Passes can help you to build a local network in your offices or on-site at your event. Additional costs may be incurred depending on your requirements.
