On-Site Technical Support

The license includes our on-site technical support package. E-Passes provides you with one experienced E-Passes staff member on-site at your event, for help/troubleshooting and integration needs.

For larger events, the staff numbers may increase accordingly, depending on the specifications of your system. Such staff increases are subject to prior agreements & approval and are generally available at NO additional cost to your license fee.
